Diwia is a Portuguese brand of women's clothing and accessories, with a studio in Amarante. It designs and makes its pieces in Portugal, mostly for occasions — weddings, christenings, dinners — but also for everyday and for work. Each model is produced in only a few units, deliberately, so that it does not repeat. Pieces can be made in other colors or to measure, and there are satin accessories — bows, ties, scarves — designed to go with the outfits. Leftover fabric from each production run is reused in new pieces rather than thrown away. The studio receives clients by appointment, for fittings and advice.
