Siz is a Portuguese ethical, organic and sustainable fashion brand, founded in 2017 by twin sisters Raquel and Sofia. Based in Sesimbra, the brand runs the whole creative process — from research to design — in its own atelier and showroom, ringed by mountains and washed by the sea. Production is in small quantities or made to order, using organic fabrics and leftover stock from national factories, sewn by the founders themselves and by a local sewing atelier with fair working conditions. The brand holds GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification and is PETA-Approved Vegan, and uses biodegradable packaging and recycled-paper printing. Alongside the clothing, Siz runs Macramar, a line of handmade macramé accessories and decorative pieces, and the #SIZters community, which gathers loyal customers around the brand. The pieces also reach the market through a wholesale channel serving partner stores.
