Founded in 1998 in Rebordosa — at the heart of the Portuguese furniture industry — by Mário and Zita Rocha, Antarte is a Portuguese interior furniture brand focused on elegant, timeless design. The name joins 'antiguidade' and 'arte', antiquity and art, and sums up the brand's approach: pieces with lasting value, not just for one season. The range covers the main rooms of the house: living rooms, sofas, dining rooms, bedrooms, home offices, armchairs and hallway furniture. All production is done in Portugal, with attention to the sustainability of materials and processes. Antarte distributes in Portugal through its own stores and through partners, and has an international presence in selected markets. Also available in the online store.
