Founded in 1849, Viúva Lamego is one of the oldest and most prestigious azulejo tile factories in Portugal. Since the nineteenth century the brand has stood out in the production of tiles and ceramics, combining tradition and innovation. Over the years Viúva Lamego has collaborated with renowned artists and architects, among them Álvaro Siza, Souto de Moura and Rem Koolhaas, raising tilework to the level of art.
