Casa dos Pradas is a Portuguese extra virgin olive oil brand based in Argozelo, in the municipality of Vimioso, at the heart of Trás-os-Montes. Founded in 1958 by António Prada, the company is now in its fourth generation of family management, keeping the original commitment to overseeing every step "from the olive tree to the bottle". All the oil is produced at the family's own mill from olives grown in the region, available in several formats (from 250 ml to 5 liters) and also in a certified organic range. The mill reuses the leaves left over from washing and stripping the olives as natural fertilizer for the groves, alongside its investment in solar panels and energy efficiency systems that reduce dependence on non-renewable energy. With more than 60 years of history, Casa dos Pradas joins the traditional Trás-os-Montes method to more recent technology, also offers personalized bottles for special occasions, and ties the business to economic development and job creation in the Bragança region.
