Criatura is a Portuguese organic infusions brand founded by Diana Rego, with the purpose of creating blends that bring together flavor, well-being and sustainability. The infusions are made with organic plants, fruits and flowers from small Portuguese farmers, chosen with attention to origin, seasonality and traceability. The brand's partners include an organic blueberry grower in Marco de Canaveses, an organic raspberry grower in Oliveira do Bairro and growers of aromatic herbs — lemon verbena, thyme, mint and others — on family holdings spread across the country. The packaging, colorful and illustrated by the Portuguese artist Teresa Rego, gives the brand a recognizable visual identity. One of Criatura's pillars is the fight against food waste: the brand uses fruit that is small or cosmetically imperfect, normally rejected by the large distribution channels, giving it new life in its infusions and directly supporting the small growers who cultivate it.
