Sobre Cayuveg
Cayuveg is a Portuguese project producing 100% vegan fermented foods, under the motto "Fermented, so life doesn't ferment!". The brand's focus is fermentation: vegan cashew cheeses in a range of aromas — from the more Mediterranean to the more exotic — as well as fermented cabbage as kimchi and sauerkraut, for palates after either more intense or simpler flavors. It also makes jams and chutneys, using fruit grown in the Alentejo. It has exhibited at the Festival de Bem-Estar (2023 to 2026 editions), introducing its tasty, healthy products to an audience interested in plant-based eating and artisanal fermentation.
