Gleba is a Portuguese brand that celebrates a deep relationship with the land, promoting a return to origins through the use of Portuguese, sustainable grains. The brand was born of the need to improve the quality of bread in Portugal, especially in the large urban centers, where quality has been in decline. Gleba works with old, sustainable grain varieties grown in our own soils, to produce bread of real excellence. Rather than depending on imported wheat, Gleba uses Portuguese grains, reclaiming the tradition and the quality of the bread our grandparents ate. The brand's vision is to produce bread that is natural, nutritious, healthy and full of flavor, with respect for the environment and for our rich grain-growing tradition.
