Sidrada, founded in 2017 in the Oeste de Portugal, is a Portuguese brand and a pioneer in the production of artisanal cider. With three generations of experience in growing fruit, the Clímaco Pereira family decided to turn small-caliber apples and Rocha pears into delicious ciders and sparkling drinks. All Sidrada products are made with 100% fruit from the Oeste, with no added colorings, flavorings or gluten, and with four times less sugar than commercial ciders. The brand has been recognized in Portugal and internationally, receiving a range of awards and positive reviews. Sidrada is also an advocate of sustainability, using plastic-free production methods and paper labels. The brand's philosophy is 'produce local, consume local', promoting the reduction of food and resource waste. Sidrada has shown that Portugal can offer quality ciders made with Portuguese raw material, changing minds and encouraging conscious consumption.
