Created and developed in the quiet, unassuming Aldeia de Alagoa, in the municipality of Portalegre, it was born to be savored and toasted by a group of Friends who every other THURSDAY get together to share petiscos, unwind and have a few drinks like a family! Distilled in small quantities in a Traditional Pot Still, 200 bottles are produced per batch to a superior standard, with 9 botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Liquorice Root, Lemon Zest, Cardamom, Fennel Seeds, Bay, Lemongrass and Anise Seeds — of which the Lemon, Bay and Lemongrass are organically grown, carefully selected and combined with one another in the distillation. It can be enjoyed neat, for the stronger Palates!
